About this lab

AtlasDesk is an internal AI helpdesk for Acme Corp that uses shared memory to let the AI assistant recall context from previous conversations.

You play Riley Morgan, an employee in the Engineering department, with access to Atlas Assist, Tickets, and Assets.

The same assistant serves many employees, and memories are ranked by relevance rather than ownership. Demonstrate that memory from one employee's session can be retrieved in another employee's session.

Objectives

  1. Investigate how AtlasDesk handles memory access across sessions.
  2. Demonstrate a real security impact through the UI or runtime APIs by retrieving cross-session memory context.
  3. Observe the Activity & Context drawer to see what context Atlas pulled into your conversation from other sessions.
  4. Identify the ownership boundary weakness: memories should be restricted to the session that created them, but the system applies only a relevance boost.
